The service
Asukasportaali is a communication service for apartment buildings. It does not do accounting, invoicing, legal records or payments between residents.
Customer and users
The customer is the building, on whose behalf the subscriber acts. Residents and other members are users of the service. The service is free for residents.
Trial and price
The trial lasts 60 days. When the subscription starts, the subscriber chooses card or invoice. The first charge or invoice comes after the trial. Prices include VAT. Stripe handles payments.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in the subscription settings. The service stays on until the end of the paid period. Periods that are already paid are not refunded, unless the law requires it.
Content of users
Users are responsible for the content they add. An administrator can remove content and limit access. These actions are recorded.
