Which data we process
Email address, name if the user gives it, apartment number, content that the user adds, and the details of the subscription. Card details are not stored in Asukasportaali. Stripe processes them.
What the data is used for
To provide the service: sign-in, building communication, notices and subscription management.
Who sees the data
Only members of the same building, by role. A resident shows as “Resident” until the person allows the name.
Processors
Supabase (database and sign-in), Microsoft Azure (website), Resend (email) and Stripe (payments and invoicing).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Contact the administrator of the service.
